Delivery is free of charge for all products.

For custom made products:
Once the order is placed, we will contact the customer within 1-3 working days with a design proposal via email provided during checkout. 
Upon receipt of design proposal (this or subsequent), customer has 3 days to raise any concerns regarding design. 
If no objections are raised, the order is completed.
If rework is required, next design will be provided in next 1-3 working days. If customer approves, product will be delivered in in timeframe provided on product page.

For non bespoke products:
Delivery date is provided on per product basis on corresponding product page. Product will be delivered in if, not specified otherwise, in maximum 40 working days, however such a big delay is unlikely.
